The Project

The Prince Huan Yu Centre project will sit on an area of about 7,129 sqm and have a floor area of around 140,000 sqm. It is an integration of 5A office spaces, luxury apartments, and retail shops in two towers, one apartment building, and an office building, spanning 39 and 34 storeys respectively.
